He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Fowler and Donna Fowler (Hoffman); his sister Carolyn Herr; and his nephew Jacob Glen Herr. He is survived by: his wife Nyla J. Williams of Cincinnati, Iowa; his children, Dannie Fowler Jr. of Cincinnati and Krystal Fowler of Cincinnati, Iowa; his siblings, Randy Fowler (Mary) of Windsor Heights, Roger Fowler (Pam) of Cincinnati, Kathy Edwards (Steve) of Saint Charles, Jeanne Selvy of Albert Lea, David Fowler of Moravia and James Fowler (Andrea) of Ottumwa, Iowa; and his parents-in-law, Bob Williams (Bea) of Cincinnati, Marcy Buckallew (Gary) of Centerville and Yvonne Sacco of Centerville, Iowa. He is also survived by many other family members, including nieces, nephews and cousins.
