We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2023, at the age of 65, Cheryl Jean McHenry of Cincinnati, Iowa, born in Centerville, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Oden and Juanita Oden (Dooley); and her brothers, Richard Oden and Jim Oden. She is survived by: her husband Jackie McHenry; her daughters, Melissa Kauzlarich (Rick) and Tasha Spurgeon (Nathan); her grandchildren, Brett Kauzlarich, Brinley Kauzlarich, Brady Kauzlarich, Cason Spurgeon, Callon Spurgeon and Thea Spurgeon; her brother Paul Oden; her sister-in-law Pam Oden; and her aunts, Beverly Baldwin and Kay Hanson (Don). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be made to Melissa Kauzlarich or Tasha Spurgeon, and the family will donate them together to the Children's Miracle Network in Cheryl's name, and they can be mailed to Thomas Funeral Home, ATTN: McHenry Family, 501 North 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
