He is survived by: his wife Becky Rathert; his daughter Tracy Rice; his son-in-law Brian Rice; his grandchildren, Taylor Panoch (Adam) and Jordan Rice (Tayler Watson); his daughter Amy Henry (Rob Trende); his grandchildren, Tanner Henry, Skylar Henry and Talon Henry; and his brother Rick Ullom (Jane). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
