He is survived by: his former wife Linda Hummel; his children, Brenda and Brian; his girlfriend Marcie Bruinekool; his children, Trent Brooks of Great Falls and Michelle Mathes of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and his siblings, Sharon and Shirley Mathes of Pella.
