She is survived by: her children, Teddy Lee Urban, Wendellen Fay Urban, Samantha Kay Shannon (Bob), Shelly Jo Lenz (John), Sarah Jane Urban and Holly Jean Urban (LeeRoy Galicia); and her brothers, Larry Cheevers, Bernard Cheevers and Howard Cheevers. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
