She is survived by: her husband Alvin Hammer; her daughters, Lois Conover of Ames and Lori Forneris (Frank) of Holstein; her grandchildren, Jenni Dieguez of Omaha, Tim Roepke (Monica) of New York City, Kevin Roepke (Lilia) of Guadalajara, Mexico, Katie Merrill (Ronnie) of Tampa, Wendy Weber (Brad) of Mankato, Andrew Butcher (Melissa) of Holstein and Ben Butcher (Brianna) of Holstein; her stepgrandchildren, Katie and Dominick Forneris; her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Ethan, Kelby, Beau, Drew, Luke, Reese, Zaria, Charlie, Becky, Garrett and Annie; her godchildren, Dan Friedrichsen and Donna Reineke; her sisters, Shirley Friedrichsen (Richard) of Holstein and Ruth Dorman (Gary) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her brother-in-law Dean Hammer (Karen) of Ida Grove, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
