He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Struck and Helen Struck (Thompson); his father-in-law Keith Nibbelink; his sister Jeanine Valentine; his granddaughter Lucy Davison; his siblings-in-law, Troy Valentine Sr., Danny Steinkamp, Bernie Proczak and Karen Nibbelink; his nephew Shane Steinkamp; and his niece Teresa Lamoureux.

He is survived by: his wife Darla Struck of Cherokee, IA; his son Adam Struck (Kelsey) of Holstein, IA; his grandchildren, Jackson, Noah, Avery and Presley; his child Abby Davison (Mike); his grandchildren, Emmalyn and Quinnly of Council Bluffs, IA; his children, Alex Struck (Megan) of Hinton, IA and Alisanne Struck (Austin Barth) of Sioux City, IA.; and his siblings, Alice Anne Sanchez of Golden, CO, Karen Fay (Denny) of Churdan, IA, Marilyn Steinkamp of Derby, KS, Fran Proczak of Storm Lake, IA, Giles Struck (Jan) of Omaha, NE, John Struck (Marsha) of Cedar Falls, IA, Ronnie Struck (Denise) of Storm Lake, IA and Mark Struck (DeAnna) of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memorial Presbyterian Church (127 E Willow St, Cherokee, IA 51012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
