She is survived by: her children, Nancy McVay (John) of Omaha, NE, Imy Supchak (Paul) of Las Vegas, NV, Annette Simonsen (Jeff) of Quimby, IA, Holly Stillwagon (Mike) of Midland, MI, Julie Wright (Mick) of Cherokee, IA, Hal Maddox of Cherokee, IA and Eric Maddox (Rhonda) of Cherokee, IA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
