She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Clark and Helen Clark (Martin); her sisters, Joyce (Donald Clark), Margie (Jim Stewart), Janice (Orlyn Jensen) and Betty (Denny Kolb); and her nephews, Jeff Kolb and Warren Jensen.
She is survived by: her daughter Gaylene Marie Hultman (Ronald) of Cherokee, Iowa; her grandchildren, Aaron Hultman (Roberta) of Humboldt, Bryan Hultman (Cassy) of Dell Rapids and Tricia Avila (Michael) of Menifee, California; her great grandchildren, Kinley Hultman, Beckham Hultman, Charlotte Hultman, Madison Mead, Abigail Avila, Marshal Avila and Madison Avila; and her siblings, Jerry Clark (Joyce) of Cherokee, Della Rupp (Royden) of Cherokee and Roy "Butch" Clark (Karen) of Edgewater, Florida.
