Melvin H. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reinholdt and Kathryn Reinholdt (Lottman); and also, John, Fern Duntz and James Reinholdt.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Reinholdt of Cherokee, Iowa; his sons, David (Michelle) of LeMars, Donald Reinholdt (Lynn) of Pocahontas, Daniel Reinholdt (Beverly) of Cherokee and Duane Reinholdt (Rhonda) of Cherokee, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Jason Reinholdt (Fallon), Jodi House (Jason), Jared Reinholdt, Rachel Ihde, Lee Reinholdt, Therese Clark (Kevin), Rob Reinholdt (Ashley), Joe Reinholdt (Hope), Carl Reinholdt (Michelle), Cheri Fritz (Matt), Dana Embrock (Scott), Chad Reinholdt and Seth Reinholdt. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Cherokee Regional Hospice or The Gardens Assisted Living in Cheroke.
