He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Gustafson and Joyce Gustafson (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ortman; his children, Heidi, Benjamin and Ashley; his siblings, Janet (James Tinker) of Audubon, Grant (Joan Gustafson) of Charleston and Ann (David Stubbendeck) of Melbourne, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Will (Caroline Tinker), Matthew (Emily Tinker), Trent (Alicia Gustafson), Shanna (Dee Mago), Gwen (Brooks Campbell), Brock Stubbendeck and Christian Stubbendeck. He is also survived by his great nieces and great nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
