She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Nelson and Lois Mae Nelson (Skadeland); her daughter Donna Bevins; her sister Beverly Emert; her husband William; her daughters, Dena Hagey (Bill) of Lake Ozark, Sherri Waymire (Charles) of Arlington, NE and Debbie Lawson (Norman) of Irvine, CA; her grandchildren, Matthew Gerstandt (Cassandra), Travis Gerstandt (Sarah), Hannah Fields (Brian), Emily Walton (Chad), Sean Hagey (Theresa), Mason Hogle, April Bevins, Suzie Bevins, T. J. Bevins (Ashley), David Lawson and Kathryn Lawson; her siblings, Gary Nelson of Cherokee, IA, Jim Nelson (Suzanne) of Cherokee, IA and Gail Van Scoyk (Chris) of Ankeny, IA; her nephews, Daniel Emert and Andy Emert; and her niece Becky Mills. She was also cherished by 16 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
