She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Skadeland and Annie Skadeland (Naylor); her husband Edward Nelson; her children, Beverly Ann Emert and Marjie Ann Gauthier; and her brothers, Howard Skadeland and Victor Skadeland.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Edward Nelson, Jimmie Ray Nelson (Suzie) and Gail Linda Van Scoyk (Chris); and her son-in-law William Gauthier. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.
