He is survived by: his nephews, Rick Konrady (Cindy) of Spencer, Iowa, Larry Konrady (Wendy) of Sioux Falls and Matt Konrady (Missie) of Spencer, Iowa; and his close friend Shawn Carlson of Cherokee, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
