She is survived by: her husband Russell Schmidt of Cherokee, Iowa; her children, Stephanie Bruening Keck (Josh) of Cherokee and Andy Schmidt (Sarah) of Sioux City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Michael, Hudsen, Raylin, Mikaela Schmidt, Lucas Bruening, Jonathan Keck, Stormy Kenkel, William Keck and Charlotte Keck; and her siblings, Linda Groves (Roger) of Sioux City, Dennis Moret (Cindy) of Sioux City, Clyde Moret (Carla) of Windom, Richard Moret (Michelle), Dave Moret of Washta, Sheryl Hofer of Sioux City and Lisa Mitchell (Bob) of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
