He was predeceased by: his parents, Oke Hanson and Betty Hanson (Ferrin). He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Strahmann (Gary) of Aurora, CO and Elizabeth Volf (Timothy) of Manson, IA; and his grandchildren, William Strahmann and Sarah Strahmann.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenwood-Schubert Funeral Home-2nd St (216 S 2nd St, Cherokee, IA 51012). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
