He is survived by: his siblings, Martin Dean, Charles Andrew, Richard Blake, Marcia Anne (Nelson) and Cynthia Leah (Smith); his spouse Diane Kay Gill; and his sons, Daniel Lee, David Paul and Michael Lucas. He is also survived by three brothers, both sisters, three sons, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
