He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Wegner and Clara Wegner (Henningsen); his wife Carol Wegner (Petsel); his siblings, Gerald (Marjorie), Carroll (Marlys) and Raena Winters; and his sister-in-law Marlene Fritz.
He is survived by: his brother Kermit Wegner (Mary Kay Wegner); his brothers-in-law, Don Winters and George Fritz; his brothers, Joe (Pat Mills) and Lee (Ruth Petsel); and his children, Brian (Bridget) and Elizabeth (Carl). He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friend.
