He is survived by: his uncle Jerry; his children, Dallas Kastli and Brittany Kastli; his parents, Cinda Purgett and Dennis Kosiba; his stepmother Julie Kosiba; and his siblings, Jason Kosiba, Jeff Kosiba, Leeland Purgett, Eric Purgett, Jamie Conover and Jan Kosiba. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
