He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Elsbury (Bob Anderson) of Duluth, Paul Elsbury (Jacki) of Marion, Montana, Tim Elsbury (Ellie) of Houston and Kay Gifford (Drew) of Sutherland, Iowa; and his close friend Sue Hoover (Gina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
