He was predeceased by: his father Karl McCuistion; his grandparents, Doris McCuistion and Leon McCuistion; and his stepfather Christopher Avel. He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Lehotsky; his son Skye Fallyn McCuistion; and his sisters, Jessica Haecker, Sara Glasscock and Krystal Faulk. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
