He is survived by: his children, Calvin Peterson (Lisa Peterson), Jaden of Des Moines, Gary (Vanessa Hall) and Tannica of Storm Lake, Iowa; his brothers, Gary Tussing (Patty) of Claire and John Karstens (Michelle) of Waverly; and his close friend Louise Schmeling of Storm Lake.
