He is survived by: his wife Colette Sivinski of Cherokee, IA; his daughter Kimberly Zaccagnini of Dallas, TX; his granddaughters, Ashley Jo Zaccagnini of Dallas, TX and Alicia Finan (Tom) of Dallas, TX; his great grandchild Lucas Michael Finan; and his brother Dean Naffziger. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
