He is survived by: his wife Jackie of Cherokee, IA; his daughter Jennifer Bischoff (Nick); his granddaughter Paige of Sauk Rapids, MN; his daughter Kimberley Mikolz of Maple Grove, MN; his sister-in-law Nancy Mikolajczak of St John, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Mikolajczak (Andrea), Natalie Mikolajczak, Jack Mikolajczak (Anessa) and Ronald Mikolajczak. He is also survived by three grand nephews, one grand niece, and one great nephew.
