With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita M. Nelson of Cherokee, Iowa, who passed away on February 4, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George "Swede" Nelson; her son Wayne; and her siblings, Merlyn, William "Bill", Donald, Leonard, Harold, Francis "Skinner" Olson, Clara Williams, Viola Brownmiller, Mary Joyce Olson, Dorothy Olson, Luella Cipperley, Margaret Patris, Darlene Milbrodt and Evelyn Scott.
She is survived by: her brother Virgil Olson of Crystal, Minnesota; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Olson of West Salem and Patricia Olson of Cherokee, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
