He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rist and Virginia Rist (Wilson); and his brother-in-law Marty Bolger. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Bolger of Newbury Park, Susan Jennerjahn of Huron and Catherine Rist of Huron; his nieces and nephews, Melinda Roper (Chad), Marty Bolger (Jen), Med Bolger and Sarah Cummings (Andy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake, Haven, Jack and Evie.
