We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 94, Aileen Mae Larson (Cherokee, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Aileen Mae shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Aileen Mae farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (709 W Cedar St, Cherokee, IA 51012). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1498 520th St, Cherokee, IA 51012).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Larson Family Memorial Scholarship benefitting students from Cherokee County attending Iowa State University.
