She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Musel and Anna Musel (Vavra); her husband James "Jim" Ledvina; and her siblings, Bernie Musel, Don Musel and Beatrice Dvorak.

She is survived by: her children, Dean Ledvina of Chelsea, Charles Ledvina of Chelsea and Kenneth Ledvina (Marcia) of Avoca, IA; her grandson Daniel Ledvina; and her brother Robert Musel of San Antonio, TX..
