He is survived by: his spouse Alice Holtz of Chelsea; his children, Kim Lucky (Doug Bertrand) of Clinton, Greg Holtz (Louise) of Cedar Rapids and Kim Rouzer of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Jason Lucky, Justin Lucky (Kendra), Jared Lucky (Tara), Maxwell Holtz (Sara) and Katheryn Holtz; his brother Duane Holtz (Bev) of Vinton; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Melsha of Solon and Nancy Ladehoff of Marshalltown; and his significant other Jake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
