We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2022, at the age of 93, Bernard E Upah of Chelsea, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Upah and Mary Upah (Reitzler); his wife Violet Starits; and his siblings, Joe Jr., Jim, Bob, Carolyn, Lois Ann and Jane.

He is survived by: his children, Tom (Janice), Gene (Anna), Tony (Debbie) and Monica (Rob); and his siblings, Paul, Mary Lou, Pauline and Linda. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
