He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Dianna Kastner and Jane Kunze. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kunze and Patricia "Patty" Kunze (Kastner); his brother Trey Kunze of Ute; his grandfathers, Larry Kastner of Ute and Otto Kunze of Ute; and his aunts and uncles, Tammy Schmitz (Alan) of Dedham, Tracy Kastner (Lisa) of Frisco, TX, Erica Kragel (Mike Kluver) of Ute, Randy Kunze (Linda) of Charter Oak, Rod Kunze (Becky) of Charter Oak, Cherri Lee (Bruce) of Charter Oak, Charlys Folk (Larry) of Battle Creek and Ryan Kunze of Ute. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (104 Birch St, Charter Oak, IA 51439). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Morgan Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the family and will be allocated to organizations meaningful to Tristan's life and legacy.
