She is survived by: her children, Craig Butler and Abby Bockholt (Nate Bockholt); her grandchildren, Claire, Annika, Bryce and Nina; her son Paul Butler (Chloe Butler); her granddaughters, Harriet and Dorothy; her daughter Anna Lukehart (Alex Lukehart); her grandchildren, Henrik and Emilia; her sons, Steven Butler, Timothy Butler and David Butler (Kristina Butler); her grandsons, Blaine and Vance; her daughter Jill Butler (Mark McCoy); her granddaughter Natasha Fitzgibbon (Corey Fitzgibbon); her great grandchildren, Colton, Griffin and Kennedy; and her son Alex Paul. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
