She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stehr and Esther Stehr (Pithan); her husband LeRoy Nemitz; her granddaughter Hannah Sherrill; and her sister Caroline Wulf.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Nemitz (Brenda) of Charter Oak, Mark Nemitz (Susan) of Dunlap and Linda Sherrill (Adrian) of Lakewood, Colorado; and her brothers, Lester Stehr (Frieda) of Odebolt and Wayne Stehr (Nell) of Newcastle, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
