It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret L. Samson (Charlotte, Iowa), who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lewis and Anna Lewis (Matzen); her husband James Samson; and her siblings, Lucile and Henry.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Samson of Clinton, Paul Samson (Anna), Susan Cunningham (David) of Central City, IA and Richard (Deborah). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church and to a local or world hunger program.
