He is survived by: his children, Dawn Carstensen (Brian) of Charlotte, IA, Kevin Tubbs of Clinton, IA and Laura Heitmann (Adam Hoover) of Fulton, MO.; his brother Richard Tubbs of Maquoketa, IA; and his pet Snuggles.
