She is survived by: her parents, Charlotte Marie Damon of Manilla and Jack Leon Smith, Sr.; her husband Michael Borosko of Manilla; her children, Kelsie Darie Smith of Manilla, Kimberly Nohrenberg (Ben) of Manilla and Kaleb Michael Wayne Borosko of Manilla; her grandson Cash Leon; and her siblings, Tina Smith of Council Bluffs, Jason Smith (Julie) of Sheldon, Donis Bosworth (Mike) of Austin, Joshua Smith (Jenae Heller) of Carroll and Jacob Smith (Allie) of Manilla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
