He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dugan and Dorthy Dugan (Schmidtke); his siblings, Lona Dugan and Kenneth Dugan; and his granddaughter Angel Hinders.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dugan; his daughter Crystal Hinders (Dave); his grandsons, Dawson and Owen; his daughter Kimmy Callison (Brady); his granddaughters, Violet and Veda; and his siblings, Pam Davenport (Duane) and Ron Dugan (Jo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
