He is survived by: his children, Michelle Crooks of Mason City, IA and Jeff Crooks of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Lee Crooks (Regina) of Iowa City, IA and Marlys Brunsvold (Ron) of Davenport, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Ridder of Rudd, IA and Andrea Crooks of Fort Madison, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
