He was predeceased by: his parents, William Finn and Cleola Chapin Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Morgan; and his sisters, Ellen Baker of Charles City and Bonnie Elliot of North Carolina. He is also survived by one step son and two step Great Grandchildren.
