It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Schmidt (Charles City, Iowa), who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schmidt and Leona Schmidt; his wife Gwen; and his siblings, Herb, Marion, Helen and Alta.
He is survived by: his friend Robert Gauger; his children, Jeanne Regier (Steve) and Mark Schmidt (Jane); and his grandchildren, Scott Regier (Lisa), Heather Carusella (Shawn), Brian Regier (Dotti), Shannan Potts (Rod), Stacey Martin (Austin), Sonni Martzahn (Brad) and Sydney Franzen (Ryan).
