He is survived by: his children, Tonya Hicks (Kevin), Bill Mangano and Bob Mangano (Deana); his grandchildren, Misty, Travis, Caysie, Dylan, Robert, Madison, Ben, Taylor, Elizabeth, Wyatt and Blake; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Cloe, Jaylie, Caylie and Trinnity; and his brother Brad Bonwell.
