Maryan Shipley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maryan Shipley (Charles City, Iowa), born in Grimes, Iowa, who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Shipley and Ruth Shipley (Parker); and her brother LeRoy Shipley. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Shirley Shipley of Grimes; her niece Leann Reiste (Steve); her great-niece Laura; and her close friends, Elaine Poppinga, Becky Becker, Malayne Meyer, Sarah Mitchell, Jerry Mitchell and Tim Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to be used towards the rebuilding of the 4-H building at the Floyd County Fairgrounds, or directed to Messiah Lutheran Church.
