She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Crooks and Hattie Crooks (Schmudlach); her son-in-law Vincent Bettesworth; her great grandchild Coby Kuehl; her siblings, Anna Mae (Harley Bergmann), Gerry (Bill Marsrow), Carl (Shirley Crooks) and Larry Crooks; her nephew Bruce Crooks; and her niece Amy Bergmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Bettesworth (Bryan Marvin) of Charles City, Christina Mannetter (Adam Ferch) of Charles City and Melissa Fagle (Dan) of Fayette; her grandchildren, Morgan, Brandy Bettesworth, Austin, Kaela Ferch, Ashley Ferch, Adrianna Ferch (Maddy Hulbert), Gracie Ferch, Chelsey Matthias (Jason), Nichole Leech (Chase), Kayla Kuehl (Cody), Reed Fagle and Nate Fagle; her great grandchildren, Shaniel, Savanna, Sawyer Matthias, Beckett, Knox Leech and Colt Kuehl; and her sister-in-law Kathy Crooks of Charles City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
