He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Kamin; his children, Linda Kamm of Albuquerque, Doug Kamm (Jean Ann) of Charles City, Sandy Hicks (Marty) of Charles City and Richard "Dick" Kamm (Mary) of Kansas City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Eric Kamm (Kate), Kalen Kamm (Cherie), Tyler Hicks (Amber), Austin Hicks (Brittany), Shelby Hicks, Benjamin Kamm (Jade), Rachel Kamm (Michael) and Zachary Kamm; his great grandchildren, Evan Kamm, Claire Kamm, Lucas Kamm, Kole Kamm, Parker Hicks, Ledger Hicks and Kaiser Hicks; and his brother Robert Kamm of Oklahoma.
