He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Staudt and Anna Staudt; his sister Frances Dolan; and his daughter Jannette. He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Charles City; his son Daniel Staudt (Allison) of Marble Rock; his grandchildren, Adam, Megan, Olivia, Mark Staudt (Kathy) of Clive, Nick, Anna, Izzy, Michael Staudt (Stacy) of Floyd, Emma and Jake; his children, Lori Halsted, Katelyn, Paige, Alex, Melissa Baker (Wade) of Mason City, Amber, Thomas and Sam; and his sisters, Cleo Hebert of Charles City, IA and Ellen O'Connell of Evanston, IL.. He is also survived by other relatives and many great friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the family and will be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and St. Mary's Catholic Church.
