It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Smith (Charles City, Iowa), who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and Alice Smith (Sweasy); his son Craig Smith; and his siblings, Carma Palmer, Bud Smith, Mavis Miller, Bill Smith, Bobby Smith and Roger Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Edna Voelker; his daughters, Carol McDonald (Stu), Cheryl Krajci (Joe) and Cathy Pollock (John); his grandchildren, Meg (Matt), Chad (Lisa), Beth (Scott), Mandy, John (Tara) and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Ava, Benson, Addi, Ben and Cameron; and his siblings, Alice Hull and Terry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
