He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Hayden and Lorraine Hayden (Stapleton). He is survived by: his friend Lyle Usher; his siblings, Bill Hayden of Fond, Sandra Kostka of Springdale and Trish Brown (Tommy) of Newport; and his nephew Cole Hayden.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Charles City VFW.
