He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frahm and Olive Frahm (Nettleton); his in-laws, Edwin and Helen Ouverson; his grandson Gabriel Paul Frahm; his brother Jerry Frahm; and his sister-in-law Nancy Frahm.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Ouverson; his daughter Yvonne Andresen (Patrick); his grandson Andrew Andresen (Lisa); his great grandchildren, August and Ceci; his grandson Tim Andresen; his son Erich Frahm (Jill); his grandchildren, David and Julie Frahm; his son Paul Frahm (Tammy); his granddaughter Halie Frahm; and his brothers, Gary Frahm and Gene Frahm (Karen).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church or St. Croix Hospice.
