He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carr and Gladys Carr; his brothers, Myron, Allen and Keith; and his nephew George Carr.
He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Kuempel and Pat; his children, Valerie Freie (Leland), Mark (Jennifer), David and Chris (Heather); his grandchildren, Theodore Carr, Maria Carr, Eli Carr, Natalia Carr, Emiline Carr and Kienna Carr; and his siblings, Marvin (Mitzi) and Alice Larson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
