He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Quade and Josephine Quade (Nott); his brothers, Roger Quade and Marcus Quade; and his brother-in-law Dennis Mehmen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Hanson of Elk Grove, Marcella LaBounty (Jim) of Charles City and Marylee Mehmen of Nashua; his sisters-in-law, Carol Quade of Charles City and Brenda Rickart of Charles City; and his uncle Warren Nott of Charles City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
